At Comprehensive Care Solutions, we understand that the NDIS process can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make it simple and stress-free for you. Step 1 - Share Your Story with Us
To get started, fill out our easy referral form. This is where you can tell us a little about yourself, your needs, and what kind of support you’re looking for. We’re here to listen and understand how we can best help you!
STEP 2 - We’ll Reach Out to You
Within 48 hours, one of our friendly team members will give you a call. We’ll chat about your needs and set up a time to meet in person.
3 - Meet & Greet
We can’t wait to meet you! At this stage, we’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting at a location that’s convenient for you—whether that’s in your home, at a local café, or somewhere else that feels comfortable.
4 - Let's get everything set up
Once we’ve met, we’ll send over your service agreement. We’ll make sure all the details are clear, and you’ll have everything you need to start receiving the support that’s right for you.
5 - Your First Support Session
Welcome to the Comprehensive Care Solutions family! We’ll be there to support you from day one. Your first support session will be with one of our compassionate team members, ready to work with you and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
6 - Your Feedback Matters
After your first session, we’d love to hear how everything went! Your feedback helps us improve and make sure you’re always receiving the best care. Tell us how we did, what worked well, and if there’s anything we can do better for you next time.
